We send all items via third party courier services like Australia Post, Startrack,  etc. It’s client’s responsibility to track the order we’ll be not responsible for any stolen and lost packages. Client has to agree to these terms in order to purchase.

 Order is shipped within 4-5 days . If you need something urgently for an occasion, you may contact us for early shipping. so depending when you order and where to, receiving times may vary, please see estimations below:

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA) :

We normally send package via Australia Post and it takes standard shipping time (4-7 days) for delivery. Check if Express Delivery is available during checkout.

ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  You may have to wait anywhere from 10 to 25 days,  Don't be surprised if it reaches earlier. However, sometimes when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

It takes 4-5 working days for processing an order after it is received. 

​ Please note that there might be additional import duties, taxes, clearance charges etc. depending upon the laws of recipient’s country which must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

​TRACKING - Once order is fulfilled/shipped, an email with all the tracking details will be sent out.
